Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience

    • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, HVAC System

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain general accounting records for the corporate office

  • Handle petty cash management, vouchers and daily transaction postings

  • Assist in accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation activities

  • Prepare monthly office expense summaries and cost reports

  • Support payroll documentation, employee expense records and statutory compliance tasks

  • Assist in audit preparation and internal financial reporting

  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records

  • Prepare monthly Budget VS Actual reports in addition of other reports
