Job Summary
Zubion Development Solutions Limited (ZDSL) is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Tele Marketing Executive to handle outbound calling, lead generation, client follow-up, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided databases.

Explain company property projects, features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.

Generate leads and set appointments for the Business Development team.

Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.

Record customer details, call reports, and feedback in CRM/prospect database.
-
Communicate professionally with landowners, buyers, and investors when required.

Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.

Handle client queries and provide accurate information.

Work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer service standards.
