Education

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

    • At least 16 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context

  1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities, product segments, and market expansion areas.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all business functions.

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Lead national sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

  • Build and manage high-performance sales and marketing teams.

  • Strengthen distributor, dealer, and customer networks.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  1. Operations & Performance Management:

  • Ensure efficient business operations, supply chain coordination, and inventory management.

  • Implement KPI-based performance management systems across business functions.

  • Drive cost optimization and process efficiency.

  1. Financial Management:

  • Prepare and control annual business budgets.

  • Ensure profitability, cash flow management, and financial discipline.

  • Analyze business performance through MIS, forecasts, and variance analysis.

  1. Team Leadership & People Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior and mid-level management teams.

  • Ensure strong succession planning and leadership development.

  • Build a performance-driven, ethical, and collaborative culture.

  1. Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, regulators, suppliers, and partners.

  • Represent the company in industry forums and business negotiations.

  1. Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure legal, regulatory, and corporate governance compliance.
