Issue Resolution:Â Handle customer inquiries over the phone, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes and escalating issues when necessary.

Customer Advocacy:Â Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services, and advocate for customer needs within the company.

Retention and Loyalty:Â Develop and implement strategies, such as loyalty programs and customized campaigns, to increase customer retention and reduce churn.

Business Growth:Â Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

Business Reviews:Â Conduct regular business and account reviews to assess the financial impact of by analyzing Daily report.
