  • Analyzing the performance of marketing activities

  • Hiring, training, and leading a team of marketing professionals

  • Developing and implementing new market entry plans 


Responsibilities & Context

  • Daily Sales Projection Report Submission to the General Manager.

  • You have to visit all the community of Wholesale clothing brands for marketing our own Pakistani clothing brand and collect customer data to create customer relationship with subordinates.

  • Daily Market visit and monitor subordinates to push sales to achieve daily target.

  • Daily Report Submission with visiting Card.

  • Help to create New Party on a daily basis.

  • Daily Target Fill-Up.

  • Daily Cash collection Report of individuals and submit a final report to superiors.

  • Follow the guideline provided by the superiors.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, set key performance indicators (KPI) and define pricing strategies.

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, and paid media platforms. 

  • Lead a marketing team or coordinate with external agencies, and manage marketing budgets and resources effectively. 

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze consumer trends, and evaluate competitor activity to find new opportunities. 

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a consistent message and align marketing efforts with overall Pakistani Dress business objectives.
