Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).

Experience

    • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 35 years

  • Prior experience in cattle and Poultry farming is preferred.

  • Technical expertise in farming operations.             

  • Proficiency in data collection and reporting.            

Responsibilities & Context

  • Farmer Support & Issue Resolution: Assist and resolve challenges faced by farmers.

  • Farmer Training & Development: Organize training programs to improve farmers` skills and knowledge.  

  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze data, then prepare comprehensive reports.       

  • Model Farm Implementation/Establishment: Develop and establish model farms to showcase best practices.       

  • Promotion of Antibiotic-Free Farming: Advocate for and implement farming methods that avoid the use of antibiotics.

  • New Farm Acquisition/Expansion: Manage the process of acquiring new farms and expanding current operations.

  • Research & Field Testing: Conduct research and field tests to develop and improve farming techniques.        

  • Disease Surveillance & Sample Collection: Monitor for diseases and gather samples for analysis.

  • Customer Support & Laboratory Services: Provide customer support through laboratory services to maintain high-quality standards.
