Responsibilities & Context
Assistant Teacher (Bangla Medium and English Version: Class-1-10)
Subject: Bangla, English, Mathematics, General Science, Physics, Biology, Bangladesh & Global Studies, Religion, ICT, Agriculture
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes, prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work and lesson plan for his/her subject according to National standards.
- Prepare question papers and mark schemes for the subject assigned.
- Prepare lecture materials and PowerPoint presentations for the classes
- Evaluate students’ assignments and written works.
- Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
- Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent learners.
- Engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning, and promote research activities.
