Responsibilities & Context

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles.

Plan and execute territory-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging demand patterns.

Develop, manage, and support dealers/sub-dealers within the territory.

Conduct regular market visits, competitor mapping, and performance reviews.
-
Ensure proper product availability, pricing communication, and POS materials.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, SMEs, and local businesses.

Lead inquiry generation and follow-up to convert leads into confirmed prospects.
