Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles.

  • Plan and execute territory-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging demand patterns.

  • Develop, manage, and support dealers/sub-dealers within the territory.

  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor mapping, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure proper product availability, pricing communication, and POS materials.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, SMEs, and local businesses.

  • Lead inquiry generation and follow-up to convert leads into confirmed prospects.
