Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Tanvir Constructions LTD (TCL) and its sister concern TCL Informatix LTD is looking for a skilled Flutter Application Developer to build high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role involves designing mobile interfaces, integrating APIs, and collaborating closely with backend teams to deliver production-ready applications connected to our ERP/HRM systems.
Workplace: TCL Head Office
Job Responsibilities:

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
-
Build responsive and visually consistent UI/UX
-
Implement state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod/SetState)
-
Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data
-
Manage authentication flows and secure data communication
-
Work closely with Django backend teams for API alignment
-
Structure apps using clean architecture and modular design
-
Optimize app performance and reduce unnecessary re-renders
-
Implement caching, local storage, and offline features when required
-
Perform unit, widget, and integration testing
-
Debug issues, analyze logs, and fix performance bottlenecks
-
Collaborate with QA engineers during regression and release cycles
-
Work with Git/GitHub for version control
-
Support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, etc.)

Prepare release-ready Android and iOS builds
