Responsibilities & Context

  1. Lead and drive sales performance of Rangs eMART showrooms across multiple districts/zones.

  2. Develop the capability of showroom teams and ensure strong leadership across all locations.

  3. Monitor daily showroom operations, supervise staff activities, and share consolidated reports with the central team.

  4. Analyse sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to craft strategic action plans aligned with organisational objectives.

  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail and corporate segments.

  6. Ensure operational discipline, brand visibility, and adherence to company policies in all assigned showrooms.

Festival Bonus: 02 (75% of Gross Salary)
