Experience

Responsibilities & Context

• Lead formulation development for regulated & emerging markets.

• Oversee tech transfer, pilot batches, scale-up & stability.

• Drive innovation pipeline aligned with company strategy.

• Ensure regulatory compliance in all development work.

• Lead team capability development & coordination.

 

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary Review: Yearly

Negotiable. Will depend on the candidature. Monthly net salary not less than BDT 5,00,000/-.

Company vehicle/pick & drop, medical reimbursement as per ACI Policy, TA/DA (if applicable).
