Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Education

Additional Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Macros, Dashboards, etc.)

  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint/Google Slides for impactful presentation creation

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (or other design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, InDesign)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective time management, and multitasking ability

  • Attention to detail and creativity in presenting data

  • Prior experience in production coordination/assistant role is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Capable of working independently and performing effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     

    Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems for production monitoring is a plus

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, capacity planning, or supply chain concepts is an advantage

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage

  • Knowledge of database management and SQL queries will be added benefit


Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist the Production Coordinator/Manager in daily production planning and execution.

  • Prepare and maintain production schedules, reports, and documentation.

  • Coordinate between production, quality control, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making across departments.

  • Prepare and automate Excel-based dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.

  • Design professional and visually appealing presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Create high-quality infographics, visuals, and communication materials using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely availability of reports.

  • Support different departments with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

  • Collaborate with IT and management to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

  • Monitor production progress and highlight any delays, bottlenecks, or issues.

  • Track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.

  • Support capacity planning and ensure on-time order delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of production data, efficiency, and wastage.

  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding timelines and requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards during operations.
