Responsibilities & Context
1. Corporate Office & Facility Management
- Supervise day-to-day office operations ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and overall functionality of office premises.
- Oversee facility management including space planning, renovation, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of office stationery and supplies.
2. Security & Safety
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems for office and warehouse security.
- Implement and enforce building safety protocols, fire safety measures, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Coordinate with security personnel and ensure compliance with company security standards.
3. Administrative Rules & Policy
- Ensure all administrative operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR and administrative policies.
4. Employee Support & Logistics
- Manage administrative logistics related to employee support including ID cards, visiting cards, and other required documentation.
- Provide timely assistance to employees for administrative needs.
5. Warehouse Administration
- Supervise administrative operations of all warehouses ensuring proper maintenance and security for corporate office.
6. Vendor & Government Liaison
- Coordinate with service providers and technicians for timely repair and maintenance.
- Maintain liaison with local government authorities for compliance and approvals.
7. Budget & Reporting
- Maintain records of administrative expenses and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
8. Workplace Health & Safety
- Ensure workplace health, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained across all facilities.
