Responsibilities & Context

1. Corporate Office & Facility Management

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and overall functionality of office premises.
  • Oversee facility management including space planning, renovation, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of office stationery and supplies.

2. Security & Safety

  • Monitor and maintain CCTV systems for office and warehouse security.
  • Implement and enforce building safety protocols, fire safety measures, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Coordinate with security personnel and ensure compliance with company security standards.

3. Administrative Rules & Policy

  • Ensure all administrative operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR and administrative policies.

4. Employee Support & Logistics

  • Manage administrative logistics related to employee support including ID cards, visiting cards, and other required documentation.
  • Provide timely assistance to employees for administrative needs.

5. Warehouse Administration

  • Supervise administrative operations of all warehouses ensuring proper maintenance and security for corporate office.

6. Vendor & Government Liaison

  • Coordinate with service providers and technicians for timely repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain liaison with local government authorities for compliance and approvals.

7. Budget & Reporting

  • Maintain records of administrative expenses and assist with budget tracking and reporting.

8. Workplace Health & Safety

  • Ensure workplace health, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained across all facilities.
