Responsibilities & Context
Dealer Channel Sales Management
-
Develop and implement strategic dealer channel sales plans aligned with company objectives.

Manage and expand the existing dealer/distributor network across all regions of Bangladesh.

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dealer channels and ensure target achievement.

Monitor dealer performance, sales forecasting, stock rotation, and credit management.

Ensure strong visibility, availability, and competitive positioning of consumer electronics products across dealer outlets.

Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Corporate Sales Leadership

Identify, approach, and secure large-scale B2B and institutional clients for corporate sales.

Develop tailored solutions and proposals for corporate clients, including project-based and long-term supply agreements.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards to maximize retention and repeat business.
Dealer & Market Operations
-
Oversee dealer onboarding, territory mapping, and channel segmentation.

Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, dealer incentives, and loyalty programs.

Monitor channel inventory levels and ensure healthy stock flow across the network.
