Responsibilities & Context

Dealer Channel Sales Management

  • Develop and implement strategic dealer channel sales plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Manage and expand the existing dealer/distributor network across all regions of Bangladesh.

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dealer channels and ensure target achievement.

  • Monitor dealer performance, sales forecasting, stock rotation, and credit management.

  • Ensure strong visibility, availability, and competitive positioning of consumer electronics products across dealer outlets.

  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Corporate Sales Leadership

  • Identify, approach, and secure large-scale B2B and institutional clients for corporate sales.

  • Develop tailored solutions and proposals for corporate clients, including project-based and long-term supply agreements.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards to maximize retention and repeat business.

Dealer & Market Operations

  • Oversee dealer onboarding, territory mapping, and channel segmentation.

  • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, dealer incentives, and loyalty programs.

  • Monitor channel inventory levels and ensure healthy stock flow across the network.
