Responsibilities & Context
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints via call. Create a new order and provide to packaging team.
- Daily order confirmation through outbound calls.
- Use outbound calls to reach out to customers and verify orders.
- Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.
- Handle situations in the absence of a Team Leader.
- Daily report to Team Leader. Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Collecting positive reviews from customers. Daily drop call back Walk in support(Optional)
Office time:Â 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
