Professional Knowledge & Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, networks, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in CPA/CPL/CPS/CPC/RevShare models and affiliate platforms.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to integrate affiliate marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Experience across verticals such as insurance, home services, finance, legal, mass tort, and nutra is highly desired.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with call tracking software such as Ringba.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking/reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for data-driven decision-making.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Responsibilities & Context

Ray Advertising is looking for a proactive, confident, and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing international team! We’re hiring for both On-site (Bogura Office) and Remote (Work From Home) positions.

This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM BD time— including a 1-hour break.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-oriented and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager who can manage, grow, and optimize affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals.

You’ll be responsible for handling the entire affiliate lifecycle — from recruitment, onboarding, and negotiation to optimization, retention, and performance analysis. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, communication skills, and data analysis to help partners succeed while achieving company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

A. Affiliate & Partner Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to expand the company’s global network.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROI, traffic quality, and conversion rates.
  • Provide affiliates with guidance, creatives, and feedback to optimize campaign performance.
  • Resolve partner concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and trust.

B. Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Identify new affiliate and business partnership opportunities through LinkedIn, affiliate networks, and outreach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates and clients — handling all communications smoothly (mostly text-based, sometimes over calls).
  • Negotiate payouts, terms, and marketing collaborations that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies to expand revenue and market reach.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing channels to spot new opportunities.

C. Campaign Optimization & Compliance

  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure all traffic meets client quality and compliance standards.
  • Advise affiliates on improving traffic sources, targeting, and conversion strategies.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with legal, ethical, and brand guidelines.
  • Develop lead generation and optimization strategies tailored to Pay Per Call and other verticals.

D. Tracking and Reporting 

  • Use tracking tools like Ringba and affiliate reporting platforms to monitor performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including Business Development, Media Buying, and Quality Control — to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Provide leadership with accurate forecasts, performance updates, and recommendations for improvement.

All new hires start with a 1-month probation period, during which you’ll receive 50% of your agreed salary. After successful completion, you’ll receive your full salary — and note that we never extend the probation beyond one month.
