Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor`s/Master`s from any reputed university

Experience

    • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Dairy

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • 10 to 15 years` experience in the FMCG sector/industry, experience with Beverage, Spicy, Dairy & Agro sector will get extra preference

  • Supervision experience with sales automation system will be given an extra advantage

  • Must have good knowledge of reporting through MS PowerPoint & Excel


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute aggressive, goal-driven sales strategies for the assigned region, aligned with overall business objectives and tailored to the dairy sector.

  • Lead and monitor the performance of regional sales teams, ensuring all members consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and overall team sales targets.

  • Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening the company’s presence across the territory.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable dairy product solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure the smooth execution of regional sales initiatives and product rollouts.

  • Participate actively in ongoing training, market visits, and strategic planning sessions to stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.

  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, team collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with corporate values.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all FMCG Industries, Beverage, Powder Milk and UHT Milk product lines, enabling the delivery of accurate, persuasive, and timely information to clients and stakeholders.

  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitor movements; analyze and report findings with strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during client meetings, distributor engagements, trade shows, and other industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
