Responsibilities & Context

Salik & Co. manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the UK, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management Executive to join our Dhaka-based team and oversee our UK property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant communications, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with UK laws.
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and compliance inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with UK property regulations (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, etc).
  • Liaise with UK-based property managers, contractors, and solicitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
