Responsibilities & Context

1. Culinary Leadership & Menu Execution

·        Supervise production lines: Burgers, Fried Chicken, Tortilla Wraps and Rice Meals.

  • Maintain quality and taste consistency in all semi-cooked and ready-to-serve products.
  • Standardize recipes, ingredients, seasoning ratios, sauces, and food presentation.

2. Process Design & Automation

  • Work with engineers and suppliers to optimize automated kitchen systems.
  • Develop SOPs for food preparation, packaging, and cold storage handling.
  • Streamline production flow for efficiency and minimal wastage.

3. Team Management & Training

  • Recruit and train kitchen and outlet culinary teams.
  • Create training programs for cooks, chefs, and quality controllers.
  • Foster a professional, safe, and efficient working culture.

4. Quality Control & Hygiene

  • Ensure HACCP-standard food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Monitor raw material quality, cooking standards, and final food checks.
  • Conduct weekly audits and corrective action reports.

5. Innovation & Coordination

  • ·Collaborate with Food Consultant and R&D team on new products.
  • Lead food tasting and menu improvement sessions.
  • ·Report to management on production performance and QA.
