Responsibilities & Context

  • Production & Preparation
  • Supervise daily beverage prep batches (Boba pearls, flavored syrups, coffee extracts, fruit bases, slushy concentrates, and ice-cream/soft serve mixes).
  • Operate and maintain beverage machinery — including 1000 kg/day ice maker, commercial blenders, juice extractors, syrup cookers, soft serve base mixers, and cold storage units.
  • Ensure consistent recipe adherence, taste calibration, and batch standardization as per Spicerra Beverage SOPs.
  • Manage beverage ingredient pre-mix filling, sealing, and labeling for dispatch to outlets.
  • Quality & Hygiene
  • Maintain HACCP and ISO-standard hygiene during handling and storage of milk, fruit, and syrup-based ingredients.
  • Monitor temperature and humidity controls in cold rooms and beverage preparation zones.
  • Check batch quality (flavor, color, aroma, viscosity) before packaging.
  • Inventory & Logistics
  • Monitor and record daily production, ice usage, and raw material stocks.
  • Coordinate with procurement for fruit, milk, and syrup refills.
  • Oversee packing and cold chain logistics for outbound deliveries to outlets.
  • Equipment & Maintenance
  • Handle preventive maintenance of beverage machines (ice maker, juice extractor, soft serve mixer, chillers).
  • Report mechanical or refrigeration issues promptly to the maintenance team.
  • Training & Team Management
  • Train assistants and junior staff on beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Work closely with Beverage R&D Head for product innovation and consistency testing.
  • Core Competencies
  • Beverage production knowledge (coffee, milk tea, slushy, ice cream, frappé).
  • Ice production management and cold storage SOPs.
  • Leadership and batch planning.
  • Equipment operation (blenders, extractors, ice maker, chillers).
  • Cleanliness and safety discipline.
