Job Description

Education

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Physics
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics
  • Honors and Masters degree in respective subjects from any reputed University with good academic result and minimum CGPA 3.00.

Experience

    • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, College

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 50 years
  • Excellent proficiency in English and advanced computer literacy are essential qualities to conduct classes efficiently both in Bangla and English version.

  • Expert in the usage of the google applications.

  • Sound knowledge in teaching online using different apps/websites.

  • Active in any co-curricular activities

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email Communication and google all applications.

  • Training on teaching methodology will be added as an advantage.

  • Preference will be given to those who have certificate of NTRCA.


Responsibilities & Context

Teaching And Learning:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of courses across levels, including new subject areas
  • Ensure course content is updated, aligned with curriculum standards, and enhanced with real world application.
  • Implement innovative and inclusive teaching methodologies that enhance student engagement.
  • Supervise complex student projects, practical sessions, and educational tours.
  • Set and evaluate assessments while maintaining academic integrity and transparency.
  • Provide academic feedback to students and mentor them on academic and career goals.
  • Support equal opportunities and inclusive education through responsible teaching practices.

Student & Staff Counselling:

  • Serve as a Senior Mentor for both students and junior faculty members.
  • Provide first-level guidance on academic and personal matters to students.
  • Identify student needs and work with management for appropriate support measures.
  • Coach and support colleagues for improved performance and academic contribution.

 Administrative Leadership & Impact:

  • Address and resolve academic and administrative issues within the department.
  • Participate in strategic planning for new program development and academic initiatives.
  • Advise Principal on improvements in teaching strategies, student engagement, and institutional growth.
  • Lead curriculum innovation and strategic academic enhancements aligned with DIC’s mission.
