Responsibilities & Context
Studio Dhaka Ltd.
is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Exterior & Interior) to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, material and quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring that both architectural and interior works are executed according to design, drawings, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction and interior site activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret working drawings, specifications, and material samples.
- Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and material usage on-site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
- Conduct quality checks for finishing, alignment, and detailing for both exterior and interior works.
- Support procurement and material delivery follow-up in coordination with the office team.
- Ensure safety measures and maintain a clean, organized work environment on-site.
- Assist in measurement verification and final handover documentation.
