  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for experienced candidates).

Experience

    • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 38 years
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in an architectural, construction, or development organization.

is looking for a passionate and organized Project Coordinator to join our growing design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prior experience in handling design, documentation, and site coordination within architecture, interior, or construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing architectural and interior projects to ensure timely completion.

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and maintaining progress updates and reports.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal design teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, and follow-up summaries.

  • Support procurement and vendor coordination for materials and logistics.

  • Maintain project records, drawings, and document control systems.

  • Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor progress and collect on-site information.

  • Identify potential delays or issues and communicate them promptly to management.
