Responsibilities & Context

The Product Owner is responsible for shaping the product’s vision, strategy, and execution. This role combines business strategy, user experience design, and technical expertise to ensure that the product addresses key healthcare needs, complies with regulatory standards, and drives meaningful user engagement. The Product Owner will manage the product lifecycle, ensure platform readiness for AI/ML capabilities, and lead initiatives to expand the platform globally. This position is critical for building a scalable and integrated provider network that enhances user acquisition and engagement.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for the provider platform, ensuring alignment with B2C and telco revenue targets.
  • Manage integrations with telecom partners to enable seamless services and expand user reach.
  • Conduct gap analysis of the provider platform journey and lead the rectification of the Product Bluebook to optimize partner onboarding and engagement.
  • Drive the global launch of the provider platform in new markets, ensuring compliance and localization requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, business development, and marketing teams to prioritize features and ensure successful platform launches.
  • Ensure platform readiness for AI/ML capabilities and CLM features to enhance partner and user experiences.
  • Monitor platform performance, analyze partner feedback, and iterate on features to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for provider-related stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on platform goals.
