Additional Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and sound equipment.
- A creative eye for storytelling, composition, and detail.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic graphic design or animation skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of professional videography and editing experience (portfolio required).
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, events, Campus TV, and Campus Radio.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, gimbal and audio equipment to ensure top-notch production quality.
- Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ensure all video content follows the university’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of final content.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, tools, and technologies.
- Keep an organized archive of raw and edited video files for future reference.
- Assist with still photography if required (optional).
