Education

  • Minimum graduate in any discipline (MSS, MDS preferable)

Experience

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

About JJS: Jagrata Juba Shangha (JJS), having 40 years of experience working as a rights-based environmental and social development organization actively dealing with pro-poor issues, supporting individuals with special needs, and disaster-vulnerable people in the South West coastal region of Bangladesh. JJS has been working diligently to improve the lives of vulnerable people in coastal communities through its interventions on (i) Governance and Human Rights, (ii) Urban Poverty and Resilience (iii) Environment and Food Sovereignty (iv) Climate Change and Disaster Management and (v) Child Protection and Youth Engagement.

Responsibilities & Context

JJS is seeking for qualified and motivated Data Enumerators to support the Household Survey under the Enhancing Resilience of Coastal Communities (ERCC-II) Project. The project is being implemented by JJS in Dacope and Koyra Upazilas of Khulna District, with funding from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and technical support from Concern Worldwide. This initiative aims to strengthen the resilience and improve the livelihoods of coastal communities by enhancing the delivery of ERCC-II services in the coastal regions of Bangladesh.

Reporting Line: M&E Officer

Employment status: Short-term Employment Contract for 11 days


Compensation & Other Benefits

  • BDT 2500 (Per day, total 11 days, including travel, accommodation, food expenditure)
  • The payment will be made as per the agreed rate of payment of daily basis following organization guidelines and practices.
  • Payment Modality: Within two weeks after the survey ends.
