Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience

Additional Requirements

Must have sound technical knowledge of automobile parts, materials, and their functions.

Ability to monitor and maintain color matching and consistency throughout the production process.

Familiarity with OEM quality standards related to automobile assembly and production.

Experience in inspecting and evaluating paint application, including thickness, adhesion, and curing.

Proficiency in root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions.
Responsibilities & Context

To uphold a strong quality mindset and ensure full compliance with OEM standards and requirements.

To conduct root cause analyses and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

To analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

To assist in developing and implementing robust quality control procedures.

To oversee color matching and paint application processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

To actively support the implementation of the IATF Quality Management System (QMS) and related training initiatives.
