• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to ensure smooth transport operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Basic proficiency in online ERP systems.

• Skilled in using MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.


Responsibilities & Context

Role: Transport Executive

Vehicle fleet management of Dana Group.

Manage transport pool effectively and efficiently and ensure smooth operation for Dana Group.

  • Prepaid daily assigned vehicle report for Dana Group.

  • Daily to daily update Vehicle general service report via google sheet or excel file & send report by email. Keep records to the vehicles registration number through Software, which is an operational part of all other vehicles; those are under repairs at the workshop.

  • Maintain chauffeur leave and replacement duty.

  • Check and verify chauffeur monthly overtime.

  • Take interviews for new driver recruitment and road tests through expertise.

  • Provide office employee chauffeur & vehicle details.

  • Follow up with chauffeur for deployment of vehicle.

  • Solve emergency vehicle brake down problems.

  • Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations.

  • Communicate with Dana workshop for vehicle status update and repair issues and assisting in purchasing /collecting quotations from different as and when required basis.

  • Maintain and develop relationships in person, via telephone calls and emails with Dana employee’s / Stakeholders.

  • Conduct safety related meetings with drivers on a periodic basis(weekly/Monthly) and random visit /monitor to the vehicle inspection, cleanness etc. 

  • KPL test every 6 to 8 months & generate new report.

  • Solved the driver’s attendance issue every month & notify admin of Sim card issue.

  • Ensure of driver’s punishment if and when necessary as per labor law & Capital punishment is provided in case of it becomes absolute necessary with the advice of Lawyer.

  • Every month generate report of car cleanness product & accessories and the maintain with register. 

Role: Office Maintenance Officer – Admin

  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, safe, and fully functional.

  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs (electrical, plumbing, etc.).

  • Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and restocked as needed.

  • Oversee health and safety protocols, including fire safety checks and compliance with regulations.

  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for cleaning, security, and repairs.

  • Support general office setup, space management, and emergency preparedness.

  • Implement sustainable practices like energy-saving and waste management.

 

To ensure “Dana Group” fleet management is operational by ensuring safety, security and maintenance with the Group compliance & Administration.
