We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin professional to join our team in Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities

  • Motivate, guide and coach fresh talents for career development, ensuring alignment with company protocols.

  • Communicate throughout the organization to ensure all talents across offices are clear about compensation, benefits, and policies.

  • Oversee the administrative duties such as Security, Cleanliness and hospitality across offices.

  • Enforce compliance with disciplinary procedures, company leave policies, and office protocols.

  • Conduct interviews and recruitment processes across all offices.

  • Oversee the onboarding processes including the security protocols and background verification before hiring any individual.

  • Differentiate Catalyst Solutions in the local market by implementing HR-centric practices aligned with the company’s “10 Commandments.”

  • Facilitate training programs and evaluate talent performance reports/scorecards to support career growth.

  • Organize social and extracurricular activities to foster a fun and engaging workplace.

  • Enforce stringent security protocols both inside and outside the office, conducting regular checkups.

  • Oversee and verify the office inventory and expenses

  • Efficiently manage phone calls, correspondence, and executive appointments.

  • Coordinate company CSR initiatives and act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication among departments.

  • Carry out the instructions given by the Managing Director and ensure they have been followed by everyone in a timely manner.

  • Represent Catalyst Solutions in a positive and professional manner while promoting a respectful and hospitable work environment.

• Depending on performance, a twice-yearly festival bonus (between 50% to 100% of gross pay) is given.
