Tayyib Ventures, a proud franchise of Ultimate Organic Life Limited, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Operation Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth performance across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet, from opening to closing.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for all operational activities.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the outlet.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure service excellence.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve Daily Weekly monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and footfall.
- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and competitor trends to improve performance.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Team & Staff Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Prepare staff roster and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching where necessary.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize wastage or pilferage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of food, beverage, and other consumables.
- Conduct regular stock audits and prepare purchase requisitions.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through prompt and professional service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Financial & Reporting
- Manage daily cash flow, sales reconciliation, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, labor law, and safety standards.
- Maintain brand visual standards and service quality.
- Monitor and implement company updates, policies, and operational changes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Suggest cost-control measures and revenue enhancement ideas.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer behavior to enhance outlet performance.
