Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job ad to on boarding.
Maintain and update employee records and personal files as per compliance.
Process monthly payroll, leave, and attendance accurately within deadlines.
Organize and support training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Assist in performance appraisal activities by setting goal sheets (KPI Based).
Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Develop policies and procedures and implement HR process improvements.
Supervise staff, monitor HR operations, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of final settlements.
