Job Context:

MG Machineries Corporation sister concern of Monpura Group is looking for some young dynamic and enterprising Sales Officer.

 

Job Location: Corporate Office: Cha-75/2, Pragati Sarani (Ridgedale), Badda, Dhaka

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be interested to work in own district with CNC Router Machine, Embroidery Machine, Fiver Laser Cutting Machine, Fiver Laser Marking Machine, CO2 Laser Machine, Roll to Roll printers, Eco Solvent, Solvent, Sublimation, Digital Textile printer Machine & Other Machineries.
  • To Plan, Organize and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning developing implementing sales operation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.
  • To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, Provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
  • To strong network building in the segment of traders and end-users.
  • To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
  • Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility
  • Collect regular market feedback & report to Head office;
  • Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2

Salary Range: 15,000-20,000 (Plus Commission) Sales Commission as per company policy Others benefit as per company policy
