Responsibilities & Context
- Design review & feedback capability as per BNBC -2020 complianceÂ
- Big land FAR value & DAP update knowledge as per RAJUKÂ
- Co-ordination  with Consultant, management  & RCU construction department
- Documentation skill with follow up all subcontracting matterÂ
- Drawing preparation & review  skill as per requirementÂ
- Design perception ability to high regarding technical aspects
- Team performance with collaboration MethodÂ
- Eligible to find out the drawing error for which is not good for construction   Â
- Mandatory for Government license Â
- Contextual understanding / knowledge to develop HousingÂ
- Landscape Skill for Housing / large scale project developmentÂ
- Good Construction knowledge for Building & infrastructure developmentÂ
- Any project / priority works will assign as per management decision
- Capable to creative works delivery  under high pressure
- Flexible to works at site office / project officeÂ
- Good understating about project Construction cost & timeline Schedule  Â
