- Design review & feedback capability as per BNBC -2020 compliance
- Big land FAR value & DAP update knowledge as per RAJUK
- Co-ordination with Consultant, management & RCU construction department
- Documentation skill with follow up all subcontracting matter
- Drawing preparation & review skill as per requirement
- Design perception ability to high regarding technical aspects
- Team performance with collaboration Method
- Eligible to find out the drawing error for which is not good for construction
- Mandatory for Government license
- Contextual understanding / knowledge to develop Housing
- Landscape Skill for Housing / large scale project development
- Good Construction knowledge for Building & infrastructure development
- Any project / priority works will assign as per management decision
- Capable to creative works delivery under high pressure
- Flexible to works at site office / project office
- Good understating about project Construction cost & timeline Schedule
