Responsibilities & Context

The Key Account Manager (KAM) – Sales Operations is responsible for driving B2B revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key institutional clients. This role focuses on achieving sales targets for software solutions and services, onboarding new users, and converting qualified leads into long-term partnerships. The KAM will also oversee strategic initiatives such as corporate SSK onboarding, client engagement events, and ensuring seamless governance and invoicing processes to foster client retention and satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B revenue by achieving individual targets for software solutions and service offerings, contributing to the overall organizational goals.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key institutional clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Onboard new B2B users through targeted channels and secure new institutional clients to expand the client base.

  • Achieve a high conversion rate by effectively managing the sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure.

  • Ensure timely invoicing and adherence to agreed payment plans, maintaining smooth financial operations with clients.

  • Support strategic initiatives and future pipeline development.

  • Facilitate corporate client onboarding to create digital revenue touchpoints and enhance client engagement.

  • Plan and execute B2B customer engagement events (e.g., medical camps, seminars) to strengthen relationships and promote brand loyalty.

 

Educational Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Certification in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development is a plus.

Job Knowledge

  1. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, account management, and revenue growth strategies.

  2. Knowledge of software solutions sales and institutional client engagement.

  3. Familiarity with sales operations, invoicing processes, and partnership governance.

 

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills for finalizing deals.

  3. Ability to manage sales pipelines and track performance metrics.

Soft Skills

  1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
