4–6 years of relevant experience in brand, packaging, or graphic design, ideally within FMCG, food, or consumer products.

Ability to blend AI-powered ideation with traditional design to deliver fast, high-quality creative outputs.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, brand understanding, and versatility across print and digital platforms.

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects optional)

Strong sense of composition, typography, and FMCG packaging design

Responsibilities & Context
Reports To: Sr. Manager, Marketing
Location: Head Office, Dhaka (with occasional factory and market visits).
Job Purpose
The Designer – Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the creative and visual development of Care Nutrition’s brands and product portfolio. This role combines hands-on design execution with creative strategy — ensuring all packaging, communication materials, and digital content align with Care Nutrition’s brand identity, purpose, and nutritional mission.
This position will support the Marketing and Product teams to deliver outstanding brand experiences across all touch points — from packaging and in-store visibility to digital and social media.
Responsibilities:
Brand Design & Visual Identity:
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across all Care Nutrition brands.
- Create compelling designs for packaging, POSM, trade decks, presentations, and social media.
- Use AI design and content tools (e.g., Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Freepik AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate concept generation, layout variations, and mockups.
- Support new product launches with Creative concepts, mood boards, and packaging visualization.
- Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure design accuracy, print quality, and on-time delivery.
Product & Packaging Design
- Lead structural and graphic packaging design for new SKUs and reformulations (snacks, beverage powders, spreads, therapeutic nutrition, etc.).
- Coordinate with the R&D and Supply Chain teams to ensure packaging designs are practical, compliant, and production-ready.
- Ensure all designs follow nutrition labeling guidelines, brand architecture, and local regulatory standards (BSTI, etc.).
Campaigns & Content Development
- Partner with the marketing team to translate creative briefs into visually powerful campaigns.
- Generate concepts for Social content to support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a ready-to-use creative asset library (Visual elements, design references).
Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate closely with the Commercial Team and R&D to ensure all designs are aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using structured workflows.
- Support internal communication and training materials with polished visuals.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time delivery of design projects and marketing collateral.
- Quality and consistency of creative output across brands.
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Factory).
- Impact of design work on consumer engagement and sales (qualitative and quantitative).
- Adherence to brand guidelines and process discipline.
