Responsibilities & Context
We’re looking for a Data Scientist who can turn models into real-world impact. This role blends data science expertise with application development to operationalize machine learning and analytics through scalable, user-facing tools.
Data Analysis & Application

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights

Collect data from various sources and prepare it for analysis

Develop interactive data applications using tools like Streamlit to make insights accessible and actionable for business users
Data Science Modelling

Build, train and validate machine learning models
-
Utilize data science techniques to produce Machine learning models to solve real business problems
Deployment

Deploy code into production environments following development lifecycle best practices

Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for scalable and reliable deployment

When necessary, develop APIs and backend services (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) to support model integration into production systems
Documentation and Process

Contribute to architecture and standards for data mining, modeling, and analysis

Improve and evolve Agile frameworks to enhance team collaboration and project delivery

Document methodologies and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibility
Communication

Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders on the projects that your team works on
