JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR – FM

 

  • Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned areas.

  • Train and develop the team to get updated always-on product knowledge.

  • Create brand value of the products at he Doctor’s front.

  • Capability to handle the situation that arises in the field.

  • Planning, monitoring, and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.

  • Regular visits to Farm/Hospital/PC/Traders to improve relationships and business growth.

  • Update always on competitors activities & Basic market information like, Poultry Farm, Ruminant Farm, Aquaculture Farm & Animal Population.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR – RSM

 

  • Achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection targets of the Company.

  • Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned region.

  • Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.

  • Arrange small-scale meetings like farmers’ PC meetings, and get together with potential chemists, customers and farmers.

  • Prepare report as required by the management.

  • Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant, corrective and preventive actions.
