Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with certifications or training in admissions, public relations, or marketing will be given preference.

Experience

    • 2 to 3 years
 

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 45 years

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within English medium schools.
  • Prior experience as an Admissions Officer or in Educational Marketing is highly desirable.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.
  • Skilled in social media management and digital outreach.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in public relations and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle admission inquiries and procedures effectively.
  • Manage the full admission process, including student inquiries, campus visits, application follow-ups, interviews, and final enrolment procedures.
  • Promote the school through strategic communication, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, email responses, and social media engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing and outreach plans for student recruitment and branding, both online and offline (brochures, banners, events, etc.).
  • Organize and represent the school at promotional events, open houses, parent meetings, education fairs, and community engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, media, local organizations, and educational networks, serving as the public face of the school.
  • Collaborate with the school management team to ensure admission targets are met and the school image is upheld in all communications.
