Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the branding and marketing communications of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the brand identity, enhancing market presence and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic branding and relationship management plans to enhance the Company’s market image and customer loyalty.

  • Plan and execute impactful CSR initiatives, sponsorships and corporate events to elevate the company’s goodwill and reinforce a positive public image.

  • Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners and media representatives.

  • Develop and implement customer relationship programs to improve satisfaction, retention and referral generation.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners for branding, public relations and promotional collaborations.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design integrated campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s value and project offerings.

  • Plan, organize and supervise promotional activities, events and client engagement programs to enhance brand visibility and customer trust.

  • Manage brand consistency across all marketing channels — print, electronic, outdoor and online platforms.
