Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, ISP, Garments, Buying House, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Fast Food Shop

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Agrow Breeders Ltd. is seeking a proactive Officer – Accounts & Finance to support overall financial operations, including accounting, reporting. The role involves assisting in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all finance functions, contributing to the company’s agri-business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the overall accounts and finance operations of the Project.

  • Maintain and monitor day-to-day financial transactions, general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger Management.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by top Management as required

  • Processing and paying invoices

  • Preparing and distributing a cheque to vendors

  • Processing bank transfer requests

  • Checking and updating ledger balances

  • Scanning, filing, and logging account documents

  • Updating computerized accounting systems

  • Assist with day-to-day activities.
