What We’re Looking For:
- Framework: PHP Laravel
- Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and proven experience with React.js.
- Backend development experience with MySQL and SQL Server, including a strong ability to write optimized queries and stored procedures.
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and external web services.
- A solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-platform optimization, and web performance tuning.
- Comfortable with version control systems (e.g., Git) and setting up local development environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- The ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js and MySQL/MS SQL.
- Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, SQL Database, Storage, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with WebSockets.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest and PHPUnit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing cross-country development team of UK and Bangladesh, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within a complex enterprise setting.
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, Node JS, React Native (and/or Flutter).
- Take charge of the end-to-end development lifecycle, encompassing intuitive front-end user interfaces, powerful backend services, and efficient database operations.
- Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and RESTful services to enhance application functionality and expand capabilities.
- Optimize our web applications for peak performance, speed, and scalability, ensuring a superior user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack, demonstrating strong problem-solving acumen.
- Drive best practices in version control (Git), establish efficient deployment pipelines, and manage hosting tools (e.g., cPanel, FTP).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to strategic project planning.
