Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Candidates possessing a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGD-HRM) will be given preference.

Experience

    • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

  • Age At least 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Analysis manpower, monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan & subsequent recruitment, selection & placement.

  • Ensure a fair & transparent talent acquisition process including job profilers & circulars within standard time.

  • Need to conduct job analysis including fixing job description, job specification, position analysis.

  • Develop strategies for central recruitment system & retention process.

  • Prepare & Implement HR policies.

  • Need to work for developing the KPI based performance appraisal system for the company.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
