Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 30 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is required.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Preparing monthly wages/salary sheet with comparing related records & documents.

  • On-time salary disbursement through Bkash.

  • Prepare daily attendance reports.

  • Prepare monthly increment & promotion sheets.

  • Generate Compliance salary sheet & pay slip.

  • Preparing monthly joining & resignation reports.

  • Maintaining leave records with hard copy of leave form

  • Prepare various types of payment sheets (Bonus, Earn Leave)

  • Handling workers’ Database (Personal File Management), Leaves and Attendance Management.

  • Updating employee basic personal information into payroll and upgrading time to time

  • Coordinate with accounts department for proper payments

  • Generate ID cards for newly joined employees.

  • Prepare different reports.
