Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview

This is a field based divisional role, responsible for managing, training, guiding and strengthening the network of SSK Ambassadors to ensure high-quality healthcare service delivery, community engagement and consistent revenue generation. This position plays a key role in expanding the Shukhee ecosystem through effective field operations, partnership development and ambassador performance management.

 

Key Responsibilities

Network Management & Field Operations:

  • Manage, monitor, and support a network of SSK Ambassadors to ensure service quality, productivity, and business performance within the assigned division.

  • Conduct regular field visits to assess ambassador activities, identify gaps, and provide on-site coaching and operational support.

Training & Capacity Development:

  • Plan and conduct structured training programs for SSK Ambassadors covering product knowledge, service standards, operational processes, and the effective use of the Shukhee Expert App.

  • Continuously mentor ambassadors to improve service efficiency and customer handling.

Revenue Growth & Activation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive user activation, service utilization, and revenue growth through the SSK network.

  • Support ambassadors with sales-focused tools, campaigns, and incentive plans to increase revenue contribution.

Community Engagement & Brand Visibility:

  • Organize and execute health camps, awareness drives, and community events to strengthen Shukhee’s brand presence and generate sales leads.

  • Mobilize ambassadors to participate in local campaigns and expand service reach.

Partnership & Referral Development:

  • Identify and establish collaborations with local surgical centers, clinics, and healthcare providers for patient referral and service integration.

  • Manage partnerships to create mutual value and sustainable revenue channels.

Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance:

  • Track and report key performance metrics, including ambassador productivity, service adoption, and local market feedback.

  • Ensure all field operations align with company policies, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines.

 

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

Job Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of field sales and distribution operations like Pharmacy, FMCG etc.)

  • Understanding of basic training and mentorship principles.

  • Knowledge of the local geography and market dynamics within the division.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using mobile applications and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Strong data reporting and analytical skills to track field performance.

  • Ability to train others on how to use a mobile application effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong coaching and motivational skills.

  • Good organizational and event management skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in field operations, distribution management or healthcare service development.

  • Proven experience in driving community-based sales or service networks.

 

Required Job Behavior

Additional Competencies (Specific)

  1. Two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

  2. Fluency in the local language of the division will be added advantage.

  3. Prior experience in the healthcare or FMCG sector will be added advantage.
