Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience

- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
Additional Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Lead Generation (foreign market preferred).

Experience in the homecare/healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Proven track record of working with U.S.-based clients.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context
Care Guide BD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (Homecare/Healthcare Market Focus). This role plays a key part in expanding our U.S. footprint by identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and generating high-quality leads aligned with our service goals.
Location: Dhaka (On-site – Mohakhali, Gulshan Road)
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Mon-Fri) (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on the U.S. homecare/healthcare industry across targeted states, including regulatory environments, demographic needs, and service gaps.

Identify and profile potential referral sources, partner organizations, and client segments.

Develop and maintain a lead database segmented by state, service type, and priority level.

Collaborate with the branding and outreach team to tailor messaging based on regional insights.

Provide weekly reports summarizing findings, lead quality, and strategic recommendations.

Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to inform business strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
