- Experience in the hospitality business.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in both English and Bengali.
- Proficient in using MS word, MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
- Front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and property maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences through consistent service excellence.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the farmhouse premises.
- Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
- Take marketing initiatives, promote the farmhouse, and develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- SOP Preparations.
