Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Postgraduate Diploma or Training related to the position will be given extra preference

Experience

    • At least 2 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the organization, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including contracts, invoices, and project files. Ensure proper filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and visitors as required, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure goods and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR department with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and organizing employee events or training sessions.
  • Financial Administration: Support finance department with tasks such as invoicing, processing expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Special Projects: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing administrative support and contributing to project success.
