Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Communications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or related field will get preferred.

Experience

    • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • 2+ years of experience as an executive or personal secretary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and coordinate the Vice Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
  • Draft, review, and edit communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ability to speak & writing Fluent English & Bangla
  • Ability to type Bangla & English and will be good presenter.
  • Should have experience to make corporate presentations in PowerPoint
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation with discretion.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the Vice Chairman and internal departments or external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and administrative needs for the Vice Chairman.
  • Ensure the Vice Chairman is well-prepared for all meetings, events, and engagements.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects or tasks as delegated by the Vice Chairman.
  • Any other task assigned by the authority.
