Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process of intimate garments (lingerie, bra, panty, shapewear, etc.) to ensure target achievement and product quality.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operation to meet shipment deadlines.
- Prepare and execute production plans in coordination with merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality departments.
- Maintain production efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production goals.
- Lead the production team, provide guidance, and ensure discipline, teamwork, and motivation.
- Maintain strong coordination with technical and quality teams to ensure first-pass quality and minimize rework or rejection.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, factory policies, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 6S, Lean, Kaizen) to enhance productivity and quality.
